Quest Bug - Faith is Madness

So this was reported by a guildmate of mine on bugtracker but was told to ask here first.
So I only did this becouse I wanted the 1h hammer cometstrike for its looks as I am playing warrior priest, and the quest appears to be done in tome of knowledge, saying I should speak to Karl Franz. When talking to him it says choose 1 reward but when selcting comestrike and clicking complete nothing happens except closing quest chat bubble. Still showing as I need to speak with him afterwards however.
Ive tried completing this quest for 2 weeks now maybe without sucees, I deleted my cache but it does not help.
Ideas?
