Return of Reckoning

After the last update, I cannot download the 1 file patch that fixes the issue with the scenario screen being blank. I also have to reload my ui whenever i transit from 1 area to another. Any help would be appreciated. I have removed write protection from the RoR file. I have run multiple repairs. None have worked. The file starts to download when I open the launcher, It quickly disappears with no download.

What happens if you torrent the game new and just copy all files in without overwriting the old and than patching again?
