Abilities gone and items lost

Abilities wiped from my bar and from my book (so I cannot reload them into the hotbar). I also lost a weapon (with talismans) on my BW.
Post 8/4 patch.

Restart your game and launcher, it'll patch a hotfix. You will need to bring your abilities back onto your bars.
For the weapon loss, I'm not sure, there's been no reports of vanishing items.

Have a same problem. Got the hotfix, but every time my char hits new lvl abilities go away again. /Reload doesnt fix it, full restart does for a while.

This is a bug - the devs know about it. There's currently no ETA on when the fix will be rolled out.
