Problem with Standard Bearing

So my guild is level 5 and we unlocked our first banner. I purchased one, assigned its slot. Made two players standard bearers. Gave them warped banners. But when they tried to use it, the game tells them that the guild has not unlocked this requirement? I don't understand why it telling us that if we already hit lvl 5 as a guild. What am I missing? Please help.

Please open this as a ticket on the bugtracker. I'll need screenshots of your guild tab, and chat log when trying to use the banner.

I don't think you actually get standard bearers at GL 5. Read through the rest of the requirements.

Mine doesnt work aswell. Our guild is lvl 17. We should be able to use the banner since lvl 12 but it throws an error.

known and long reported issue - need to wait for a fix
