Return of Reckoning

Hey everytime I try to log in it says Client error could not connect to webserver and the login server becomes red for me, I had my girlfriend try and login ( She was already playing at the time ) Logged her out and went to relog in and she got the same error. I then had my friend in Oregon login, completely different IP and account in case their was some mistake and I was banned and he too logged out after being on playing, went to login and now he too is experiencing the same issue. Anyone know what this is?

Having the same issue, can only play with VPN and it becomes a lagfest. Tried all suggestions in the sticky threads, nothing works. I reckon its my own ISP but have no idea how to resove this, in the morning it worked, get home later and it doesnt anymore.
