Roll not triggering after lock

Hello
Ive participated around 2 hours of intense stalemate in chaos wastes, after finaly breaking the zone, loot roll didnt trigger at all for me (fat RR was earned, but no roll, no roll bonus consumption either).
Next stop? The frontline ...
