Loot roll points used, but no bag in the mail

Hello, I hope the day has found you well. The Praag zone flipped tonight and as a result my WE Funkyswervve received a purple bag and it used up the roll, but I didn't get a bag in the mail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
