apostles tome of glory renown lvl 45

is the item working? it doesnt seem to building up rf for me. i have the smuggler one and there is a noticiable difference between the two. i run out of rf quick with the apostle tome as compared with the smuggler. ive even hit zero rf using the apostle and that has never happened to me

The reg seems to bug out from time to time, but no clue why or when. Reequipping solves the problem in most cases.
To see if it's working or not cast some heals while out of combat, it's easy to see if you reg furry or not.
If it's indeed broken, pls check the bug tracker and open a new ticket, if there isn't already one. 😉

It is not broken - reequip it - DON'T switch it with another tome. RF regen will work fine.
