Is it possible to re use a name of a deleted character? I didn't like the look of mine so I deleted thinking I could just use the same name on a new character.

Yes. But you will need to wait until a server reset so that the name is cleared.

If you just don't like the look of your char, go to the "Barber Surgeon" in the capital. There you can alter the look of your char (no sex- or class-change though) for free, only needs to relog after you're done.

For sure with every patch, sometimes in between. But you can check the last server-restart on the front page, above the population overviews

How long from server restart i can use my deleted character name? Still can't use name from 3.8.2019 patch...
