Won a blue bag yesterday in ORVR. but it never came in the mail? its been 20 hours since it happend
my friend that i played with won a green bag that he got 5 min after lock?
anything to be done about this ?

Hello, I won 2 bags this week that I have not received in the mail.
after the restart in the morning, I got only one bag on the 2, I would like to know if the other bag is lost or is there a way to recover it

Same for me. Rolled a gold bag after lock on TM (which was re-opened after patch) - have not recieved it yet.

And someone say server restart they will be back
But my first lost blue bag already 2 months still not come back

I finally won a Purple bag (first time ever) and waited probably 30 minutes in front of the mailbox. It never came, about one week later still no bag. I kind of accepted that it's probably never coming, just figured I would report it. This is not a complaint, I'm happy to be here.
