Missing all of my Toons

Hello, since i last logged in after a big update all of my toons are gone.

The Armory hasn't been working for the past couple of days, unfortunately, so it might be difficult to check until it's back up again.

Is that true? I was told my account got wiped a number of months ago, according to the folks in the support forum. I don't think I would have deleted all of them but they're not in the armory anymore. Granted it was a period of like 19 months since I had logged in.

Over the past patch cycle, we haven't. There was a wipe like 2 years ago of inactive accounts. We're not doing that again.
