Having trouble with main account.

I am having trouble accessing my original account. Around 2 or 3 months ago I was playing fine, but there was a patch and the next day the game told me my password was incorrect about 20 times before I gave up out of frustration. I recently picked up the game again and would like to access my account, it seems like it still exists because I cant use any of my character names from it if they were delayed those names should be available right? It wont let me send a pm about it sadly I don't have enough posts. I tried to get a password reset but it keeps telling me it cant find my account. Any help would be appreciated.
