The Corruption Within

Hey, maybe someone knows the way to do this quest. Please, help me in this case. I tried my best, but can't find any of the quest item, named: Fungal Root, or Shimmerweed. We searched for the nearly catacombs, a circle near the woods, doing the PQ in here, but nothing. Is that quest working? Any advice where to search theese items? Thank you for your help!

Might want to put up some more info like which faction? which pairing? which tier? etc etc.

Chaos/Ostland - Ferlangen/ Ch.5 - the quest items sould be there at the PQ: Reaper's Circle.

The two quest items can be found in the area I marked, west of the warcamp in the RvR area.
