kotbs auras not turning on

since yesterday im having this issue, i click on the aura it make a small animation but it does not turn on, so i have to relog and try again

They are kind of a mess until you hit level 40.

i had this issue as well pre 40 if I was speeced in Focused Mending and had it equipped. After 40 it disappeared.

Played Knight for a moment then stopped due to that and the constant rebuff between zones. 5s cd for a buff that sometimes wear off with no warning ?
