character creation ...can not choose faction neighter race

hello ,after downloading the client i copied launcher and did everything folowing the instruction .When i log in i have a game menu but i don't see any character to choose i tried click everythin around but it seems doesn;t work .Any ideas how to fix that issue ? many thanks

I notice the first time I load a client instance, it takes a little while for the character models to render.
