Last patch stop download before 100%

hello,

2 days i try to download the last patch, but he never go to the end.
There is a picture added to this topic with the message i have each time while downloading.

i cant repair, cause when launcher is going, the download begin immediatly.

Help please, i'd like to find some eggs

I have deleted the folder :
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Return_of_Reckoning
several times, but always the same problem.
Download (90/92) stop now at 97%.
