I made an error when purchasing Sovereign. Is it possible to get some help?

Dear Administration, good afternoon. I accidentally bought a DD Sovereign, but I actually wanted one for my healer. Is it possible to exchange it? my nickname HEALLER

As part of the history of the server it has been my experience that Accidental Purchases are forever. A pain, for sure, but that is kinda how it is.

Martok is correct. No assistance is provided for mis-purchased items.
