Guild hijacked?

Good day.

I'd need help about an old Guild.
I used to be part of, and for a while, Guild Master of Sport of War.
Yesterday i founded the Guild again, as i thought it was gone and disbanded.
Today i wanted to start working on my old Macros, and found the old Recruit Links to now be pointing to a Guild called Rotka Vhilpaj.

Is there a way to check up if Sport of War has been renamed, and all Members been kicked out of?

I have Screenshots showing me holding the Guild from about 2019.

after few onths of inactivity of the guild leader the leadership passes to another player, i think criteria is next highest rank active guild player. if it has passed such a long time probaly the guild passed to someone that now renamed (i heard it is 1000 gold or so, bu i don't know the procedure) and as guild leader booted incative players

Yes, but i was wondering if theres a chance of anything to be done about it?
Been a founding Member and tried to keep the Spirit of Sport of War alive as long as i could.
Put a lot of Gold and Time into unlocking the Vault Tabs.
That Person basically took a fully maxxed Guild to themselves.

had something happen like this recently, the guild Unsovereign, i had guild leadership and was active, it randomly was taken less than 15 days after inactivity, then leadership taken again then completely purged of all players in it, the sister guild on destro was untouched so idk what the deal is

Normally guild is not about one player, but many. All giving their efforts into it.
If GM leaves for a long time, guild is dying or someone took a lead.

A Guild leader leaving for an extended time is the reasoning behind the change to remove them from their leadership role after a certain time. No there is nothing that can or should be done about the guild role as of now.

The system worked as intended.

The Guild lives on it would appear under new management.

Remake the guild. And next time you're going to afk for a year kick everyone from the guild except your alts.
