Leads to da’ Best Plan!! - You hit your target for (225 + 1.5 x DB + 1.5 x WDPS) damage and increase your auto attack speed by 50% for 10 seconds. If you are behind the target, you will almost always deal critical damage.

Similar to the Sword Master, the knock down and knock backs trade stances. We believe that having knock down on the second stance will allow for more playmaking possibilities.
Less Stabbin’ Me is reworked to be less reliant on your stance. As Black Orc already has a 10% block tactic, it is changed to parry and is a possible replacement to regain some of your passive defenses lost with the removal of You Wot!?!!
Speaking off, we felt like You Wot!?!!! just did way too many things at once. No class should need such strong buffs with such high uptime. In its place is a new ability with a familiar name. It is a strong second stance ability increasing your auto attack speed.
At last Arm Breaka is changed to first stance ability and now gives the AP removed to your allied target.

Hope this isn't intentional and just a bug that will be fixed.

terrible changes
Let's not forget the random nerf to Loudmouth, and the zero compensation given for the nerfs to the other proc tactics that were already beyond awful on BO. Loudmouth is somewhat minor, granted, because the tactic already ate copious amounts of manure over the years, but it just made no sense to randomly make it even worse now, especially with the slew of other nerfs AND tactic slots getting even more opportunity cost to them with the "compensation" for you wot nerf..........

Are you sure that Loudmouth is nerfed ?

To me, it will hit harder if you have enough Strength and if you are hitting target with less Toughness. For example, to do the same amount of damage from the previous patch, you need to have DB = 106 and DB is equals to :

DB = ((Your Strength -  Target Toughness) + (Your Melee Power - Target Fortitude)) / 5
And now Loudmouth is :

172 + 0.5 x DB
So, with +- 800 Strength, on a target with 150 Toughness (like a healer for example), you will hit 237.

Like the other procs, it will depends of the target that you will take (less damage against tank or DPS with Toughness, but more on DPS with low Toughness and healers).

I'm entirely certain it was nerfed, yes, as the vast majority of BOs will not have 800 or more strength, and plenty of targets will have more than 150 toughness. Loudmouth was in a position where the base could have been kept, and scaling could have been added on top, without it becoming anything more than it was in terms of slot economy.

What makes me really wonder, if people dont like changes with BO and BO is one of few destro options to morale drain, and after proc nerf, morales will play key role in RvR fights... is it intentional destro nerf or miscalculation?

Ok,
1. BO was already bad, not wanted from top guilds, as the stance mechanic locks out the skills most of the time when you need them, now you made it even worse, knockdown and punt shouldnt require a stance imo, so you can at least compete with chosen and bg and play a role in ranked for example
2. U wot might have been too good, never felt like overarchieving anything by useing it but chop fasta is a really bad joke, BO lacks some serious group buffs to be desired by good guilds, 5 sec cc immunity is not enough and waaagh only debuffs corp resistance which is crap compared to the sm

I played bo with morale raise aoe silence or morale drain all the time, its still viable in rvr, but who takes a bo now anyway you need like 9 secs to get the right rotation for punting a tank and kd the main assist target where other tanks need 3, if anything rework the stat steal to something reliant grps want to take, remove stance requirement on kd and punt (aoe kd can stay in 3rd stance, its so situational most dont use that at all).

BO was in a bad shape before and is now really a joke for anything org, bg has debuffs, chosen has everything now, BO has a cool look and now needs ages to set up what other tanks can archieve with no sweat at all. Even if you scrap the whole stance mechanic it would be hard to stay viable, all you have is a ap drain, armour debuff, cd increaser and weaponskill buffs/debuffs, pretty bad compared to other tanks. Morale drain ist still bis in the right situation, but you would take 1 BO max in a wb to have it and defense m4 in rotation is what most wbs will play anyway, so why take a BO?

For other changes, dont know yet, jagged edge feels way too powerfull if you stack that on all melee dps and max str in a wb setup, at least it stacked up to doing 20% of all dmg done on my mara.
