As stated in second bugtracker post - damage part never critted, heal part however should, but was broken - that is fixed now. With regard to target - that is untouched.

Here's my immediate dumb hot take: make shards only drop if there is no AAO in the zone for either faction. Force even-ish numbers. Let the stalemate ORVR orgies commence
Stompo - 83 BO
Syndicalsim - 82 Magus

Bye bye Order, hello destro!

Why play the losing side if you’re going to be punished to such a big degree.
This only widens the gear gap between the two factions, which will result in even more wins for the dominate side.

- Looks Like a Challenge: This M4 is now limited to 9 targets just like the Choppa mirror ability "Yer Goin Down!"
Pretty sad about it. Never got a chance to try it because nobody wants 2h slayers in warbands, and if you go dw/aoe spec with it you are literally losing everything just to get m4

And you need AM with pumpts to actually be able to use it, so you sacrifice two spots in a warband just to get this m4 working

Meanwhile Zealot Windblock is nicely situated in AoE tree that can function either as dps or a healer, while also doing 50% more damage. And zealot has self morale pump to top it off.
So you still get useful Zealot, doing usual Zealot things, while getting better m4
You can only really use m4s in forts. It takes too long to achieve for it to be a worth while investment anywhere else.
That’s also a pretty bad m4 in a bad mastery path.
Doom seeker is better in every way.

This patch is actually incredible and im so excited to dive into the lakes again. To heck with the naysayers, this is such a huge step in the right direction and exactly what the game needed. Keep up the awesome work devs

Correct. There is already talk of order boyotting city due this change as destro is dominant in city.
