From what I understand, if 23 man, you get ONE LESS GOLD BAG.
Following by one LESS Blue BAG, one purple (I think), one green, one white, then one gold
It seem like not only the algorithm round down, it also prefer to give shitty bags to wb with less people.
So not only it is harder to win with less people, you are also likely to get less bag.
Talking about double kick in the nuts.

That's tweaked for next patch as mentioned previously in the thread.

Now that most hardcore gamers have their endgame gear one would expect that it is time to make it easier so that casuals can slowly close the gap. Instead you make it even more time consuming.

Sadly this game transformed into a huge time consuming boring grind which is less and less casual friendly.

good to know! with the new calculation, the Knight 2H is dead before the guys hit him . .tks for the modifition!
lost one more player...

now the tank must be only tank, with shield etc.. if 2h, need a guard and a healer hehehe no sense ... see you around.

- WE: Buff from Mark of Morathi is now classified as a tactic and stacks with other buffs accordingly.

It still doesn't stack with AA haste buffs from choppa
