[9762] Ripose now has a 1s internal cooldown.

@DEVS: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU <3. One of the best balancing proposition yet. Riposte involves no skill and is a cheesy cheap mechanic. Its a step in right direction in balancing the game!

THANK YOU AGAIN. xox

The same must be done with confusion movements btw. And blue 36r rings with regen must be nerfed aswell, its not ok when chosens make it works better compare to end game rings...

remove ALL resist debuffs from Healing Classes, atleast as gamebreaking as Riposte (RP & Zealot already dont have it) no reason rest should have it either

1. Doc/wp don't have resist debuffs, so I guess its nerf am/sham cry?
2. Zealot actually has resist debuffs.

I had so many absurd situations against slayer and witchunters with riposte... so thanks for that fix.

I think a single tactic wasn't meant to do the whole fight for you.

But question. Why are so many WHs crying and WEs not?

Cause we have more damage and use riposte much less compare to wh, but have repel blasphemy, so we is viable as glass cannon and wh is not?

Problem not in choses, but in this jewels for bruisers. Its NOT ok that 36 blue jews are more powerfull compare to end game ones, ok?
