Wam you want morale drops 24/7 because that's most of what organised vs organised is atm for the most part. Im forced to morale bomb too. Not denying you can't kill without them, but you kill pugs, what use are they in such a large scale anyways when everything dies instantly without 9k wounds and 222 comps. Sure you want other things and I'm not against them but pick your fights, it's not in engis or magus napalm, or at least anymore.

Kirraha you're on the first step of realising the classes biggest weakness and then you gave up on it. I'm sure you think there's no way around it. Great, keep that mentality BC honestly I don't want to fight what a magus -could- be in organised. With a pet magus is probably only second to Choppa or sorc and I'm not talking about fluff damage. So you can't figure out how to keep the pet alive. That's a tough one. Take note that these two classes are literally made for defensive funneling and initiating a counter push. Yes even magus dps requires coordination with the wb. And it's harder to co-ordinate with than your standard melee or sorc that can walk around with all their damage. Naturally, don't play this advanced class then if it's too much for you to handle, that's the mentality of destros organised wbs.

I can elaborate more on tips to keep pet alive but I'm sure you can work something out like I've had to in organised with an inferior class to it's mirror, so I don't care about most of what you've said, I still play this class on the daily despite its big weaknesses. Yeah the pet is weak AF and definitely needs a change but it's something both suffer from and magus less BC their pets tend to have more wounds and toughness.

And no I'm not "pecking" on anyone I'm defending my already half gimped class with wonky stats on its endgame gear that seemingly still gets trash by people who don't know what they're talking...leave engi alone is all I'm saying. I'm more confused about what you tried to achieve with your post, typical bias comment in there too

napalm mass NERFED

I test the napalm change . damage is now ridiculous an average 238.5 by hit with no chance of crit even my auto attack is better with 265 average by hit... For a level 13 skills it's worthless. Now napalm its look like an kotbs aura damage (with no critical also) for 13 points. He become the worst skills of the engineer... All my others skills do more damage including gun turret hit !

We need critical chance back please. So why it will the only skills with no chance to do a critical damage?

Its because of an unforseen consequence from nerfing blasting pots. They raised the damage just now and I believe they are following it up with a chance to crit. We will see. But its a bit lack luster for 13 pt skill.

If you read back a few pages it's there, going to get crit soon.

If the devs only intended to restore napalm and mist to how it was before the change then that will do it. Of course its still gonna be a pretty lackluster skill if its hitting for 400, 600 crits on stage 3. 200-300 dmg against guarded targets.

As a skill in city, it's obviously pretty dogshit I dont think anyone is gonna disagree. However as you already see in this thread there is a lot of animosity towards any ground AoE skills getting any kind of buff because they play into the defense meta of keep/forts. I guess just be happy that probably next patch we will at least be back to status quo when it comes to the skill. And as others pointed out there is a lot more urgent problems with engineer/magus than getting napalm buffed,

Lol engi was so over the top before napalm nerf i always wondered why no organized wb took them.

i dont know if it happened after last patch, but scs script doesnt work. it was 2-2-2... or at least equal for both sides. and it was really good.. balanced. but now all we get is 2 prems vs 1 tank and 11 damage dealers. event sc is absolutely unplayable because of this.

2-2-2 matchmaking was only in ranked SC.
For PUGs there is no matchmaking at all, organize yourself instead of complaining.

I saw someone complaining about mist not benefiting from pet stacks, did a quick test in IC against mobs. Every 1st round tick of mist did 254 damage regardless of # of stacks. Tried every demon, even stacks besides 8. Seems like it isn't working. Also tested a different ability and it was getting the 20% bonus against the same mobs.

Bracket size now set to max 450 MMR difference
Top-1: 1801
Worst player: 1196
605 mmr diffrence.

Simply, mmr doesn't actually affect.
For exemple: (1200*5 + 1500)\6 = 1250 mmr
1250 + 450 = 1700 mmr.
Looks funny. GL HF.

There is only one way to make people play the most nervous and difficult mode: give a good reward for it, and not an unattainable set of unnecessary armor.

There are players that haven't player enough matches to show up on leaderboard. Top is actually around 1950 and bottom around 1050. So a bracket of 450 basically splits it into two halves, but depending on who is in the queue there's likely some overlap in the middle.

It would be great if we had enough people queueing to have a bracket size of 150, but unfortunately we don't at the moment.
