Return of Reckoning

Question to @wargrimnir.
Are developers planning to return set parts to gold bags in principle? Or new sets will be available only through a purchase for royal crest? I ask to work out a some strategy. Either accumulate crest up to the full amount (to avoid repetition) or acquire part by part.

We are looking into it and it MAY get added back but its not something we have a clear answer to at this moment.
