Seems like it yes

Very few changes in game atm improved balance.
Spoiler:
Destruction morale <> order crits sort of worked in some wierd way. Only real problem was BG, SM, (IB) sort of being sidelined bc it lacked

Same with healers am , shmy lack aoe hot and some clns.

Dps mrd /wl armor debuff should have been removed?/reduced to 800-990. The armor debuff is the real problem (Well pet v2.0 is horriffic)

The fact that you have taken ctrl of gear makes caster melee much more at par.

Stupid stuff like 2h having better punts, chop fasta screwup (bo screwup), shield melee healing is just changes not improvments.

Engi/magus needed some love, proc meta sucked and kniggit 3x shatter was ****. ASW pounce MSH pounce not a big fan what does it really solve part from screwing RDPs casters up?

End rant

The logical course of action is to have a small group, say 9 people or so, all highly skilled non-dev players, from a mix of guilds and who play both factions. Let them have discussions on the state of the game and come up with solutions and most importantly don't veto them. If you don't centralize power with 1 person you limit bias.

Problem is out of every 9 elite players 7 are poor balancers.

Well in everyone’s defense balance is hard and especially so if you aren’t naturally objective (volunteer vs paid position in a real studio).
