2. Luckily you can do ToVL even if you didn't do Lost Vale on RoR. As soon as it's implemented, that is.
4. Well, I focus on what I want and on what I can. In this case it's PvE. What other people do with their free time is their choice.
What if someone wanna write in their free time skills chages complete with scripts and all and have the capacity for it? Any chance you (dev team) take those and move with balance change? Cuz for now it seems there is no one in the team doing it actively... or maybe there is.... if there is correct me; plus fell free indicating who is if i'm wrong.
Someone is working on balance BUT we are moving from a system where one person makes unilateral decisions while involving the community more. And on top of this we also have our personal lives.
Will you guys keep the same philosophy of large sweeping aiming OR smaller more frequent updates to slowly get to the final goal? Kinda offtopic, sorry!

With the exception of some topics which has to be looked at in a larger scope it will be smaller more frequent tweaks. Or at least that is the idea.

Sounds like a good recipe, even though still nervous to taste the resulting cake :)

A more general question about the patchnotes.
What does it mean when you say a quest or PQ has been reviewed? ^^ Was it just inspected to see if it works properly, was something changed or will something be changed in the future? :?:

It means that several things in the quest/PQ have been changed: objectives, quest markers, how to turn in the quest, the difficulty of NPCs (normal/champion/hero/lord). It means there have been several changes to make things the closest possible from how it is meant to be.

All I could ask for. Thank you. I know there is balance between what's fun for developers to code, versus what the community wants. It should always be clear to the community, which direction development is going in to set their expectations.

Ah, thanks for claifying :)
But why are some Quests noted as "reviewed" and as "reworked" in the patchnotes? I'm just a bit confused by the different wording. :?

Forts added and what's happening?
Ppl throwing zones defends and waiting while one side will get access to the fort to defend and get rewards.
Nice killing of the game

"Reviewed" will mean less major changes, more minor ones, than "reworked". And sometimes "reviewed" also means things that had already been changed, but that have been reviewed to make it better.
But in a general way, we can say these are synonyms ;)
