Some balance changes will be introduced when all quests and NPCs in game are fixed.

Does the furious reprisal CD increase work even without a KD? Have I been pissing in the wind with this tactic the entire time :shock: ?

Very nice patch. I'm very happy that the AFK-grinding is finally punished in its root, but in all honesty I would have preferred a system that just establish a frontier of contribution to get the roll, so not only currently Invader-geared characters get the rolls due to them going to be the highest contributors. Maybe I'm stupid and that is what you did, but I was simply saying that all people that contribute somehow usefully should have the same chances to get a gold bag, and mostly thinking in tanks and healers here.

Sounds like its been ticking during the KD so three seconds wasted while the target can’t use abilities anyways.
I believe the cooldown effect should apply if you hit an immune enemy. As the damage will still apply.

The set procs are not showing on any tooltips. Checked Conqueror and Vanquisher.

Should I report on bugtracker or the team already knows?

EDIT: Part of the missing text stuff mentioned. Closing the game and opening again fixed it!

More like we are in support/fix mode forever or at least till sov....remember at time when there was that idea of balance only when reaching sov gear? Eh now it dosent seems too far from the true....

restart client/launcher. it will re-download missing data

to this day i never under stood the logic behind that train of thought

Gear should in no way factor into balance nor determine the viability of a spec

A class and playstyle should be viable and able to stand on its own, not be supported by a gear crutch into "relevance"
