But it was fixed only description on gear. When you criticaly heal you still get buff "Touch of Isha", which says 25% increased critical healing value (not 12%), and pretty much you do not have increased critical heals after all as ticket #14030 on bugtracker says.
Wait for client patch , it will says 12%

fix the pet of the sh, that every time you patch it bugga more and more

Despawning without any reason? Atleast that what my lion did. Despawned 3 times in 2 fights. I rage-respecced into loner :)

So basicly, with each release of sets/weapons you have to get them to retain your previous power level, and thus stay at the sane medium while forever having to regrind.

People play games to increase in power over time and effort spent. When that is taken away all thats left is the grind.

Not a good setup from a game developer standpoint

nope, they just fix gear that was introduced long time ago before they got item scale plan. So that old gear should get fixed to maintain the planned gear progression. From now on all new introduced gear /after conquer/ wont get nerfed \may be some procs here and there but no more/

Have not looked at vendor myself yet and as i actually killed all my rr 70+ and 80+ and started over I no longer have any rr45 weapons anymore, but assuming previous posts are correct that sc weapons have had dps reduced, my q is WHY?
Maybe it does not affect the plain vanilla builds for most classes, or those already sitting on the max gear since before recent introduction of new weapons, but for anyone needing sc armor set, the time it takes to get the set and then weapon/shield whatever on top of that is a long journey as it is.
