Septic Blade reverted is good as EB not that efficient when it has to be applied 3 times in its actual state.

No opinion on the other WE's changes as they are not part of my gameplay so I'll let others give their feedback.

I know it's not part of this patch but a little feedback on previous patch for WE.
Bleeding Edge 3s felt too short as you already lose 1.2s from ICD making it only impact the next 2 skills. I didn't find it worth slotting to be honnest after giving it a try.

I like both, the reworked FM and the new MoM tactics. Sacrificial Stab AA damage increase fits well with MoM tactic so no arguing about this part from my side.

I may have an idea why my AA (and prolly more) isn't on par with WH's AA damage. If it's, although, linked to MT + Flanking + ToB then by all means, flush that combo through the toilet with my blessing Torq and cie.

It's not 1on1 focused game.
It's massive pvp game where glasscannon and stupidly hard tank have their roles.
each have pros and cons.

you will encounter 1on1 time to time.
most dps tanks and strong solo classes aim this area and sacrifice other roles in rvr.
you can invest for 1on1 build,
though 1on1 is most unbalanced area.
some classes are just designed for it.
so fallen to 1on1 trap with them is mistake.

I lure them to my advantageous zone and kill them.
hunting down solo classes have it own fun.
it's like fishing, myself as bait.

Just a note that taking the new 'Territorial Aggression' tactic basically eliminated both M3 options (Explosive shots and Squigbeast) since you cant have a pet to buff and arent using ranged weapons.

k so better solution to make from melee sh a tank to survive? max armor talis x2 then hp regen jewelries+tactic120 etc but useless as dps.....beautiful vision :D

You seem to miss the point. By slotting armor talismans, you forsake strenght talismans, and your damage output is reduced. Seems to me your enemy was better prepared for the encounter than you. That would be called counterplay. Your counterplay is to kite them, which your class excels at, and something you can do even if specced for melee.

Edit: or just run away from the encounter, something most soloers have to do frequently when encountering players better prepared, specced, more skilled or whatever. Choosing when to engage is what makes soloers be percieved as good or bad usually.

before typing read better previous posts pls ! what stregth? my sh has about 900 and max ws slotted just facepalm u didn't understand even ! i talked about phisical mitigation

Melee SH isn't a ST DPS class: it's an AoE DPS/Utility spec, with minor ST capabilities. You can't honestly hope to beat a competent 2H tank in a 1v1/expect to do much damage without an armor debuff, and with the meh ST damage you have at your disposal.
