You know that it worked like this, figuratively, during the era of disrupt? It adds some sense to those abilities cause before there were no use pressing them when you were already dotted to hell.
You need to talk to the community about so much improvement for some classes while others are almost forgotten. Not sense for example to make a choppa if a WE is doing almost its role, AOE, has more penetration of armor, ignores armor, has its particular invisible "charge", absurd mobility. While a choppa needs two more classes to at least walk without dying.

I do not play Choppa but I see how much this class suffers in my guild.

it is not very rare, we see it all the time hitting Order tanks.
Maybe then don't hit the order tank(s, there is not really a plural of order tank, the whole faction only has 1 :D )?

I hate this whole "lets nerf tanks because I couldn't burst him down in two rotations with my sorc, how dare he not die!" thingy.

Oi, got the same problem Soulview mentioned in his post. Tried to log on my SLayer but got thrown back to character selection. As i tried to do /stuck i wasn able to log in but my stats got nerfed hardly , tacs arent working and i cant use my mount or even charge

Hey mate, have you tried to close the game and reload any missing files? Maybe that could fix it, sometimes it works for me.

Well, yes, just like any other player? Go do Gunbad, finish redeye set, acquire ToK/Ward from it, go to City Dungeons and obtain the Sentinel Armor set.

You are basically forcing everyone to go full batshit on PvE.
PvP sets are fully inferiour now.

Keeper set is from Sacellum and requires the completion of a quest to get a token. Its not repeatable

For Tanks? tbh the bonuses don't look that great, vanquisher or conq still seems the way to go for def tank.
For kotbs sentinel seems like a cool set for 2h smallscale I have to admit.

Nice patch overall!

Just one note:
- Sweeping Slash is now core, cooldown increased to 20s, attainable at lvl 26.
This was already an ability that was rarely specced because of its long cd of 10 seconds.
