Why would you want to it work that way?
Tank uses stagger, Sorc throws in Ice Spike DoT, with how it now works the initial DoT application would not break stagger. The way you would want it, as soon as DoT lands (before normal dmg ticks), The Frozen Touch would hit and break stagger?
I simply asked a question.
In a proposal that I did I provided evidence that on DoT application FoR was triggering, it doesn't do that right now.
Thus I wanted to get a response in how it actually works right now - what has changed.

bias to be bias; slayers alredy storming the field , put rampage 25% was that hard? since it work aoe and with shatter limbs and aoe slayer was basically rebalanced instead being nerf XD.....

idk how if choppa can be balanced with 1 bad choppa fasta like that and a st ap regain instead a general anysich/anybuild buff like rampage how slayer with 100% ingore anything on every skill also with a cd increase aoe out of immunity can be balanced....meh...and sigh....some true instead lies , slayers players?

Gork's Barbs doesn't seem to be working, no damage that I can see in combat log or dps meter, other shammies in game were saying it didn't even seem to healdebuff anymore though I didn't pay attention to that much.

Why not just give every class everything. Stealth renown. Pounce renown. Pull renown.

Yup still used anni for that reason even though I had full conq + rr70. I just needed so many skills with my dps zealot that it was the best option to get 1 ability more. Also a reason though I disliked the idea of new sets since it would worsen anni compared to top gear (since they stated +1 is comming very ublikely with new sets).
