[RvR Campaign]

Azarael
- Artillery weapons inflict more damage against clustered infantry. The implementation boils down to: anyone within 10ft of any person who is struck by an artillery weapon will take half of the damage that person received. Because the RvR implementation is vastly incomplete (but this is a feature of it) and future controls on siege weapons do not exist yet, the maximum number of splash hits any person can receive from an individual artillery shot has been limited to 4, for a maximum of 1800 damage dealt.

Genisaurus
- Siege weapons will now remove all of their players when they die
- Players will now be removed from a siege weapon when they die
- Multiuser siege weapons will no longer try to send update packets if they have no players
- Increased the minimum distance between where two siege weapons can spawn.
- Fixed an issue that could occasionally cause oil to be replaced too recently after the previous oil was destroyed.

- The Vortex in the Blighted Isle is now PvE area.
- West Praag is now PvE area and doesn't flag players for RvR.
- Fixed some Orc spawns in the PQ "Battle of Bitterstone", so they don't spawn inside each other.
- Fixed some Marauder spawns in the first Empire Chapter, so they don't spawn inside each other.
- Added missing item stats to some Helmets of the Thickmuck set.

I assume people who have finished the quest can't get that?

If its still the same as before, theyre not bound, so u can do it on an alt and send it to whatever char u want.

This works very well for a single artillery weapon. If there are a few coordinated, shooting at the same place this is very very powerful. I would say this is even much stronger than the current oil. 2 of us aiming at the same place gave us 30 kills in about 2 minutes. A few minutes later I had gotten more than 30 officer's medallions. If there are 3 or more coordinated artillery weapons, I don't think any attackers will be able to conquer any somewhat defended keep now. (I didn't notice any damage decrease after the skill db restart (same siege weapon used)).

So you made it easier to defend keeps by allowing the defenders to do more damage to the assaulters? Because it was too easy to take a keep before? This means people now have less incentive to attack keeps because they will now get focused down by AoE and AoE cannons. GG
