The 2h weapon has the same passive as the 1h one. As such its passive/proc costs the same as the 1h one (40 intead of 2x40). Hence the "extra" stats.

Its also trying to fix a problem that is impossible since having multiple accounts is fine. There should ve an incentive to have all your characters on one account instead of just being punished.

Like you said there should be like a thing where if you swap sides to one losing you get a buff to RR for a time.

This is odd for me, invader progression from subjugator is fortress slicer which gives 29 wp / 14 toughness / 22 wounds / +2 crit
so +4 wp / + 14 toughness / - 18 iniative / - 3 wounds / same crit
for a crappy low % chance, low hot

so lvl 36 blue gear is not just close but really just better stats wise than so called highest rarity and lvl gear

many procs are totally useless and weak and only drags overall stats down and at some cases that make item level 46 gear better than item level 66 gear. Whatever it is the stats system that should not happens

Honestly we should just get rid of procs altogether... Not like they will be missed, damaging procs are like 2% of total damage, including AoE classes, which means it's probably not even 1% more damage equivalent.

Having them weight so high on weapons is silly at the very least.

That makes no sense at all, especially since you cannot benefit twice from BL bonus damage by equiping 2x 1-handed BL weapons.
And I still remember most 2H weapons got two procs, to compensate the difference between setups.

Equiping any other "standard" damaging proc for the second weapon is not making up for the 40 points stats difference anyway.
