The bloodlord effect is not cheap it's classified as a tier A "proc" and costs 40 stat points. It might seem "cheap" on two hander cause you only have to pay it once, but 1 handers ofc can have their second weapon/shield have some other proc or those 40 extra stat points.
As for stat point suggestions overall, proc tiers could probably be 5/15/30 or the very least useless procs that make fortress equipment worse than madcap shouldn't exist.
D&D costing 9 is meme should be like 4-5 maybe 6 at the very max, unless there is a renown mastery rework coming(no announcement of that...) as just 4 RR points gets you a whopping 63 stat points worth now so any equipment with D&D feels like wasted points, parry/block cost could also go down a point, ap regen maybe down 1 as well.
Crit/anti-crit costing the same is weird, again asking if there some renown point change coming to nerf futile strikes as well? Either make anti-crit cost 2 less or a better way would be that all equipment gets 4/6 more points total and crit costs 2/3 more so max crit gear is unchanged, but others are buffed.
And idk why power is same value as a real stat, yea it doesn't have to be cheap as it was in the past, but like 0.9 or 0.8 cost vs 1 of a real stat point seems fair.
