The mid-tier weapon rebalance is a little odd. The 34 weapon being on the tier3 merchant with crappier stats than the old level 34 weapon and a 10% dps nerf?

Id suggest everyone skip the lvl29/34/39 weapons now and just use one of the rvr inf weapons at 28 and gutslime at 36, maybe rvr inf at 38 until you can get madcap/subj.

The Gutslime and Madcap weapons have been similarly "nerfed" (undocumented change). The higher ilvl rvr influence weapons and Subjugator weapons are still unchanged.

Ah yeh I can see it on a random shadowwarrior that has the gutslime bow. The bow is garbage now. Randomly increasing the level req for these items by 5 makes no sense -- as if the t2/3 folks running around the lakes were doing too much damage?

There's two bows for 125 crests that are both rank 39 -- the first is the old lvl34 weapon. Two items with the exact same requirements (39/39) where one is lesser is obviously a mistake.
