I am running as administrator. I have files and folders as NOT set to read only. What is going on here?

edit: This is upon opening the launcher.

Thanks!

I've found a few possible fixes online. I will report back after I try them tonight. If anyone has info before then, please let me know.

Solved:

The error turned out to be irrelevant. The launcher works now. What I had to do was run the launcher, click connect (nothing happens) and then instead of just closing the laucher, I did ctrl+alt+del and used task manager to close the PROCESSES of ROR.EXE. Then when I launched again, it worked, even with the error reported.
