New type or error trying to launch game

Im getting this error trying to launch the game:

Error starting: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (4551): An error occurred trying to start process 'C:\Partion A\Games\ReturnOfReckoning-March2020\Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning\WAR.exe' with working directory 'C:\Partion A\Games\ReturnOfReckoning-March2020\Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning'. An Application Control policy has blocked this file.
