Can't Log In on my Account

Hi everyone,

I just reinstalled the game, and it seems like I can log in to the forum and the website without any issues. However, my account is not working on the game launcher. I keep getting the message “Bad Username/Password combination.”

My login credentials are correct since they work on the website, so I’m not sure what’s causing the problem.

I did open a ticket on your system but no news for multiple days, I was curious to give a try via the Forum.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
