My characters stuck on login screen

Greetings, all of my characters are stuck in loading screen and then the game throws me back at character selection. This happens to all my characters except the chosen.

contact GM ingame or in discord with the character you can log in and give the names of the characters that are stuck.

Thank you very much, I used gm appeal yesterday and my character logs normally. I will also join the disc server for better contact from now on.

Hola Cross. Tienes que contactar con un GM en el juego o en el Discord del RoR. Para hacerlo en el juego, entra con otro pj y pregunta si hay alguno online o usa el comando (. o [ seguido de GM para ver quién está activo) pero creo que lo más efectivo es ir al Discord y abrirle un privado a los GM allí diciéndole el nombre de tu pj y que está “stuck”.

My character Memester is also stuck on the login screen. I don't use discord unfortunately

Several years ago I had an issue, where I would select the character, hit play to log him in, get the loading screen, but stay stuck in the loading screen.

If that is what is happening I used to close it, then reload select character, and when I hit enter to log in, and I got the loading screen, I would type /stuck return, then /stuck again. Sometimes it would solve the problem, it would send me to the starting zone, but it would fix the issue.

Mine is also stuck (Arthurdent). There's no way to type in /stuck because I never get into the game, affects all characters. I filled out a support ticket but the system suddenly deleted it with no warning. I don't know how to use discord, is there another way to get this resolved besides support tickets and discord? Thanks for any help.

EDIT: All my characters are affected, but it was Arthurdent I was using when my internet went out.
