No character select

Login server online, web server online website says 400 plus connected to server but when I launch the game there's no handshake or connection to character select. Am I having a connection issue or is there a server issue at the moment? If so any ideas to what's going on I have had no issues since joining a few months ago.

I am also having a similar issue. It's like I don't have Martyrs Square selected.
I have personally tried restarting the computer and running the launcher's repair feature with no luck.

You can refer to the other post server status: up or down it would seem many people are having the same issue consider this topic closed. Will delete if I can.
