Returning Player - Some Characters wont load

Hi,

UPDATE 1:
Realised both characters that wont load are listed as being in ALTDORF.
Wondering if that is the issue. All my other characters were in random locations around the world.
Yup. Tried flying to Altdorf on a low-level char and CTD, now I cant load that char either.
The issue seems to be Altdorf.

UPDATE 2:
Was able to port my 'stuck' characters out of Altdorf by typing /stuck x2 on loading screen (tip found in old posts).
However, when attempting to travel to Altdorf (on any character) I am dumped back to desktop.

ORIGINAL ISSUE

Returning to the game after a break, and two of my characters won't load - game appears to crash to desktop when I attempt to load them:
- Level 40 SW named Bolten
- Level 18 KOTBS named Norvalis

Other notes:
- launcher went through a comprehensive update when I started it, no errors, seems to be fine.
- have restarted the game client several times (via launcher).
- deleted my cache folder.
- i can create new characters no problem.
- most of my characters (including lvl 40 ironbreaker) loaded fine, though did require re-applying masteries etc (which was expected).

Description:
- character selection screen is fine.
- I can select the character and click play.
- I get the loading screen, then get dumped to desktop.

This works to get my chars out of Altdorf.

However i cant go back to Altdorf without being dumped to desktop (on any char).

Ok. Sorted my problem. Deleted the game client and reinstalled from scratch. Appears to be working now.
