Skills/tactics/morale names don't show over the ability

Hi, I've been having this issue for a while, tried asking in-game, still haven't figured it out. Tried a reinstall, still there. It's as the topic says, when I hover over a skill or look at it in my ability page, the name simply does not appear. Weirdly enough this DOES appear for renown skills (like I can see Sure Shot for the % ranged damage critical buff). Attaching a file to show the bug.

Apologies if it's common, haven't found anything on it.

This problem went away for some users after:

1) Ensuring your entire game folder is set to read and write.
2) Disabling AV or exempting the WAR game directory
3) Re-running the launcher "as admin"
4) Doing a file repair and relaunching the launcher (again as admin)
5) Running the more stable 64 bit client (found under launcher --> settings)

These are very generic steps, but do solve a range of these odd ingame issues.

I've been having the same issue. I did a repair and I'll recheck my AV.

This happened randomly after a patch, at least I dont think I changed anything.

I tried all of these, never fixed. I actually had errors and couldn't get the game to run at all at first, had to place it in program files, so could likely have contributed to that.
