Return of Reckoning

Hello all! Quick question, I'm new and just installed the client and did all the steps, it's needing to download 752 new files after the installation of the client. Is this normal? Just needing to patch? Looks like its going to take most of the day based on its current progress and I just need to know if I should cancel it and try again if its not normal.

It's normal for first launcher's start.

Is there no alternative download? Not only it's taking forever for me, my internet went down for a few seconds and I lost all proggress, back to 0% >_<
