for example I changed an ability to v instead of alt+4. when i press v nothing happens, it only works if i click it. using alt+1 for an ability works just fine however. its also only for the second bar, abilities on first and third work just fine

If you tab out while loading the game some keybinds doesn't work. Fix is to restart game and don't tab out.

But it's a rare bug. If it happens all the time for you, it's maybe a add-on conflict?

Also make sure that you have ”write” priviliges in your game folder (Windows).
