Unlock an old used named

I noticed that ingame the name "Anurian" is used and created at the start of RoR (Someone who isnt playing anymore locked that name). The person played only 6min on it and is a lvl2 SM.
Is it possible that the name is getting unlocked so I can use it?
I havent talked in ages to that person and don't even know how to contact them.
It was the name of my main character back in the days and would be a shame if i couldnt use it.
