Return of Reckoning

Hi! I'm trying to play with my buddy (him on my laptop) and when he tries to log in his account, it says "No Record for User Found!" when selecting the Martyrs Square server. It works fine when I use my personal account on my laptop though. I tried repairing, but it doesn't seem to solve the issue. Any ideas?
