Launcher Error, Unauthorized access

I launch the launcher and when it starts downloading the updater i get the following error. Help?
Error Downloading updater:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'F:\Games\Return of Rekoning\ReturnOfReckoning-March2020\Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning\RoRLauncher.exe' is denied.

Run as Administrator, stop your torrent from running and unset Read-Only.

Got a new error code though after following Kaelang's advice:

You need the directory set to 'Read Only' unticked, not just the two files.
