Suddenly getting error when opening launcher

Hey guys,

I just started getting an error when i run the launcher. It seems the news window doesn't pop up and i get an error stating "Error: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\User\DOwnloads\ReturnOfReckining-March2020\Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning\art.myp with a giant wall of text.

Any idea what's going on? Image below of install folder and error message for reference.

stop the torrent client from using it.
untick read-only for the entire folder
make sure your antivirus is not blocking it
