I have this problem as well. I tried deleting the cache but it didn't help.

me too. on my slayer, reckless gamble rune effect is not seeing on self at first.
but after zone change by flight or join/leave sc fixes it.

Same here, seems to be with alot of buffs as well -like shaman shield/group buff etc - has it always been like this, is there a fix or is it server side maybe?

None of the fixes worked for me. Still can't see things like my own pet's summon circle on magus. Can see other players effects fine, but none of my own on my own character.

Got the same problem. Can only see effects if i cast them on others, myself excluded
