After the patch my swordmaster " Itangi" is missing. Please assist

All my other characters are there. I have only one account.

Don't use the Armory for finding characters right now. Only 2 of mine show up on it, and they are the ones I made a year ago when I briefly played back then. All of my current characters do not show up at all.
